Prerequisite: ACFI 341 with a minimum grade of "B-", or waiver upon acceptance; and enrollment in MSA, MBA or Graduate Certificate in Accounting The qualifications and professional code of conduct of the auditor are discussed in this course. Attention is focused upon auditing procedures including the preparation of audit working papers and other steps required in the course of an audit. Offered spring semester.
