Environmental Geography

This course applies geographic approaches to understanding interactions between human populations and natural systems. That understanding is used to understand sustainable development in the context of pollution, resource depletion and climate change. Geography's unique spatial perspective is used to examine alternative energy and other potential remedies. Offered fall, spring, summer.
