Health Communication

Prerequisite: COMM 226 This course is offered to students who are interested in how health issues are communicated by health-related organizations. Students will explore health-related communication jobs (e.g., public health information officer) and apply relevant communication and public relations concepts and theories to how health-related organizations communicate with their stakeholders. Offered spring semester.
