Instrument Pilot Ground School

Prerequisite: AVSC 100 or AVSC 108; and AVSC 111 Topics include discussion of aircraft environmental control systems and commercial flight planning, study of instrument flight charts, IFR departure, enroute and approach procedures. FARs and IFR Flight Planning. Students who meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements will be qualified to take the FAA written examination. Offered annually.
