Native Cultures North America

This cross-cultural course studies the tribal cultures of the United States, Canada and Mexico. Emphasis will be placed on developing an understanding of Native American cultural systems in their traditional settings and on the current status of Native American interaction with government policies and attitudes. Offered either semester.
