Practicum: SEL

Prerequisite: SPED 567 and SPED 568; and SPED 569 which may be taken concurrently; and consent of the Graduate Chairperson in Special Education A 150-hour practicum is required for the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) certificate. This is divided into two 75-hour experiences. Candidates will need to demonstrate skills of supporting students with SEL challenges in either inclusive or substantially separate, or both settings. Repeatable: may earn a maximum of six credits. Offered fall, spring, summer.
