Prerequisite: Matriculation in Strength and Conditioning concentration or consent of instructor This course will deeply explore into the scientific approach to programming for strength and conditioning. The integration of anatomy, physiology, bioenergetics, energy systems, biomechanics and integrated movement analysis are all interwoven into the fabric of precise program design. The practitioner that can forecast and prepare purposeful programs is the professional that sets him/herself apart, and creates a program that gets their teams to produce the best and most winning results.
