Service Operations Management

Prerequisite: MGMT 130 with a minimum grade of "C-"; and ECON 210 or MATH 110/110E ; and MATH 122/122E or MATH 132 This introductory course in operations management focuses on the service sector. It exposes students to the basic topics in operations, such as quality, service, location, efficiency and customer service and is of value to all business students. Offered fall, spring, summer.
