Leveraging her background with HUD and community-based programs, Cleonie specializes in program evaluation, process improvement, and federal regulatory compliance to maximize operational impact and advance equity. She is passionate about empowering organizations with data-driven insights and supporting staff through workload optimization and productivity strategies.
