Action: Racial Justice and Equity at BSU is designed to provide tangible examples of how the university is working to advance the cause of racial justice and equity through its commitment to implementing the recommendations from the Special Presidential Task Force on Racial Justice.
The Inaugural Issue: "Our goal is to build awareness of our collective progress, to discuss successes, overcome challenges, and describe how we all part of a grand project aimed at strengthening the university while also improving the sense of belonging that some in our community have not felt due to their minority status." - Dr. Karim Ismaili
Issue Two: "The stories below detail just some of the many ongoing efforts to transform the university, and we can all share in the pride of all that has been accomplished. However, it is also clear that more can and needs to be done, both on our campus and in our society. " - Dr. Karim Ismaili
