ACTION: Racial Justice and Equity, November 2023

Welcome to the first edition of ACTION for the 2023-2024 academic year. The stories below detail the work being done in the name of racial justice and equity in the Ricciardi College of Business, Maxwell Library, and the Career Services and Internship Program. Also, learn about the steps that the university’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee has taken to make sure equity is included in all institutional functions and processes, and find out about a new section of Introduction to Criminal Justice taught completely in Spanish. Additionally, in this issue we include a summary of the work that has been undertaken in response to the recommendations of the BSU Special Presidential Task Force on Racial Justice (May 2021).
