Directions
The Speech Language Literacy Center is temporarily located in a modular unit in the Hooper Street Parking Lot Extension. From Bridgewater Center (Central Square), turn onto Summer Street. Summer Street becomes Plymouth Street (Route 104). You will travel through one set of lights, a railroad crossing and a second set of lights. Turn right onto Hooper Street. Once on Hooper Street, you will pass the Hooper Street Lot on your left. Stay on Hooper Street; the next left will bring you into the Hooper Street Parking Lot Extension. If you are using GPS, please enter 66 Hooper Street, Bridgewater, MA 02325.
Parking
Guests and visitors are required to have a parking permit when parking a vehicle in one of the designated Bridgewater State University visitor parking areas. Parking passes are not required from Friday afternoons at 4:00 pm through Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm. A temporary hang tag will be mailed to clients/families when services are scheduled. The tag allows parking in faculty/staff spaces in the designated spaces labeled "Reserved SLLC Parking". Clients/families fill in the registration information on the tag and display it hanging from the vehicle rear view mirror when on campus. If a parent or client receives a parking ticket while parked in designated spots within these lots, they may present the ticket to the administrative assistant who will fill out an appeal. Clients are not allowed to park in the designated handicapped spaces without proper documentation or in areas that are not designated for parking.
