Testing Services is located in the center of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, on the Bridgewater State University campus. Our office is on the ground floor of the Maxwell Library, inside of the Academic Achievement Center. We have a dedicated entrance/exit on the side of the library, on the quadrangle between the library and the Rondileau Student Union; look for the red Testing Services signs, which will guide you to our door.
Our office on the Maxwell Library ground floor is accessible via several entrances when the Maxwell Library is open. If you need a push-button automatic door opener, please use the library entrance on Park Avenue, and enter our office through the Academic Achievement Center. Please note that during certain Saturday and evening hours when the Library is closed, you will need to enter Testing Services through our dedicated entrance located on the Rondileau Student Union quadrangle. This entrance may present some difficulties for certain individuals with limited mobility. Please call us before your appointment at 508-531-1780 if you need assistance.
Directions & Parking
Bridgewater State University is in the geographic heart of Southeastern Massachusetts within easy access by major highways. The campus is approximately 40 minutes south of Boston, 30 minutes north of Cape Cod and 50 minutes northeast of Providence, RI.
Parking rules differ depending on whether or not you are a BSU student. Please observe the following parking rules:
Parking for test candidates who are NOT BSU students:
Please park in the West Campus Lot on 34 Park Avenue, which is directly across the street from the Maxwell Library. If that lot is full, park in the Moakley Center Lot on 100 Burrill Avenue. If a parking attendant is present, stop, and inform them that you are taking a test at Testing Services. To park in these lots, test candidates who are NOT BSU students must display a visitor parking pass on their dashboard or risk getting a parking ticket. You can create your own visitor parking passes online by visiting our guest parking website. You do not need a BSU e-mail address to use this service. Click here to access the guest parking website. Then, click "create an account" if it is your first time using the system. If you are a returning visitor, log in with the e-mail address and password you created.
You can also obtain a visitor parking pass from the Parking Services and Connect Card Office in Hunt Hall on 26 School Street and from the BSU police dispatcher at 200 Great Hill Drive.
Parking for test candidates who ARE BSU students:
Current BSU students with parking decals should park in their normal designated lots.
