Parking Services issues parking decals for students, faculty and staff parking their vehicles on campus. Parking decal requests are managed through our MyParking app.
Student Parking Decals
Fall 2023 - Applications will be available on August 1st.
Commuter: Early Bear (Aug 1- Aug 15) $220 - Regular Price (on or after Aug 16) $250
Resident: Early Bear (Aug 1- Aug 15) $270 - Regular Price (on or after Aug 16) $300
Taking only one evening course after 4:00 pm (3 credits) $40.00
Log on to MyParking using your Banner ID. Click on "Apply for a Permit" and enter your demographic information. Once your information is automatically displayed, you can register your vehicle. You must review the Parking Guide and enter all required data. Once you have applied online, the charge will be billed to your student account the next business day. Please log into the BSU Student Account Suite and click the eBill icon to view your recent account activity.
Please note, you must be registered for classes prior to applying for your parking decal. Once you are registered for classes you will be eligible to apply the following day.

Graduate Student Parking Decals
Approved graduate students may apply for a parking decal, Graduate Assistant Parking Application. Decals will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of your assistantship from the hiring department.
Faculty/Staff Parking Decals
Fill out an application in MyParking. Parking Decals will be mailed to your office/department.
If you are a new visiting lecturer or on the coaching staff, please apply for your decal on or after September 1st. Your decal will be interoffice mailed to your department. Please print out and use the temporary permit until you have received your decal.

REFUNDS
The BSU refund policy is followed when a decal is returned. If you are attending just for the fall semester, decals may be returned at the end of the fall semester for a 50% refund.

Visitor Parking Permit
The visitor parking permit is available for all visitors and guests coming to BSU. Visitor and guest parking is available in the Moakley Lot, West Lot and Harrington Lot. If attending an event, parking may be assigned at a different location. Please follow instructions that will be provided. Please visit MyParking to complete the application and print your permit.
