Parking Services issues parking decals for students, faculty and staff parking their vehicles on campus. Parking decal requests are managed through our MyParking app.
2026-2027 Student Parking Permits
Fall Semester
Commuter: Early Bear Price (8/3-8/15) $257.00 - Regular Price (purchase on or after 8/16) $289.00
Resident: Early Bear Price (8/3-8/15) $310.00 - Regular Price (purchase on or after 8/16) $341.00
Taking only one evening course after 4PM (3 credits) $42.00
Spring Semester

Please visit MyParking and then click Login located at the top right corner. Once logged in click on Order Permits and follow the prompts. Once complete check out your order. A confirmation email with a temporary printable permit will be emailed to you. Please use the temporary permit while you wait for the actual parking permit. Parking fee will be added to your student bill within one to two business days.
Please note, you must be registered for classes prior to applying for your parking decal. Once you are registered for classes you will be eligible to apply the following day.

Graduate Student Parking Decals
Approved graduate students may apply for a parking decal, Graduate Assistant Parking Application. Decals will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of your assistantship from the hiring department.
Faculty/Staff Parking Decals
Please click on MyParking and then Login located at the top right corner. Once logged in click on Order Permits and follow the prompts. Once complete check out your order. A confirmation email with a temporary printable permit will be emailed to you. Please use the temporary permit while you wait for the actual parking permit to arrive. Parking permits will be mailed to your office/department. If you are a new visiting lecturer or on the coaching staff, please apply for your permit on your start date or after.
REFUNDS
The BSU refund policy is followed when a decal is returned. If you are attending just for the fall semester, decals may be returned at the end of the fall semester for a 50% refund.

Visitor Parking Permit
The visitor parking permit is available for all visitors and guests coming to BSU. Visitor and guest parking is available in the Moakley Lot, West Lot and Harrington Lot. If attending an event, parking may be assigned at a different location. Please follow instructions that will be provided. Please visit MyParking to complete the application and print your permit.
