Request a Transcript:
Current Students (who have attended in the last year)
Log in Note: You may log into Infobear using your Single Sign-on login credentials (email username and password) or scroll down further and enter your Banner ID and PIN. Once you are logged in, click on Student > Student Records > Order Official Transcript.

Q: How do I check the status of my transcript request?
A: Sign into Parchment.com and click Orders. Go to the Tracking help page for full details.
Q: What is an E-Transcript?
A: The E-Transcript is a PDF document of your official transcript.
Q: My E-Transcript was never received, what should I do?
A: If your status says "Download Confirmed" this means your transcript was delivered and has been downloaded. You should contact the recipient and, if you have further questions, contact us at email@example.com.
If your status says "Available for Download" this means your transcript was delivered but not yet downloaded. You should contact the recipient as it may be in their spam folder and, if you have further questions, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I received my E-Transcript but the download expired, what should I do?
A: Your E-Transcript is available for 7 days. If you did not download it in that time contact us at email@example.com and we will research to see if a reset is possible.
Q: How do I pay for my transcript request?
A: You can make payment via credit card online.
Q: How long does it take for an E-Transcript to be sent?
A: An E-Transcript is typically sent within 60-90 minutes. Some transcripts (such as records with holds or records prior to 2004) may require longer processing time.
Q: Can I have it sent directly to another college/university?
A: Yes, you can have your transcript sent to multiple locations.
Q: Can I have it sent directly to me?
A: Yes, however most colleges/universities and outside agencies will only accept a transcript directly from BSU. Therefore, it's best to confirm first, as once you open the secure link the transcript is no longer considered "official."
Q: How will I know when it's been sent?
A: You will be notified when your transcript has been sent, received and opened.
Q: Do I need to come to the Registrar's Office to request a copy of my transcript?
A: NO. You can order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Q: Can I still pick up a copy of my transcript?
A: Yes. Students can place a pick-up order request online. By doing this, you will be notified when your transcript is available for pick-up.
