In the Department of Management & Marketing at Bridgewater State University, we approach the study of management within the context of a changing and diversifying society and economy, providing an immersive education in a strong liberal arts framework. We challenge our students to be team-oriented problem solvers who combine critical thinking skills with a strong quantitative background.
Our faculty members are deeply invested in their students and work closely with them to identify their interests, develop their specialties and prepare them for success in their chosen industry. Student hone skills applicable to careers in corporations of all sizes, as well as government and nonprofit organizations. Lifelong learners, BSU management students graduate prepared to become leaders in their industry, and go on to succeed in a range of fields including human resources, supply chain and operations, information systems and marketing. The department offers a Bachelor of Science in Management – which includes a range of concentrations to fit students' interests – as well as a Master of Business Administration.
